Enrolment

We invite families interested in joining our College to register for a family tour to begin the enrolment process. Although in some year levels we have limited availability, we are accepting interest for all year levels, Kindy – Year 9 commencing in 2023.  We are also accepting interest Kindy – Year 10 in 2024 and progressively Kindy – Year 12 by 2026.

How to Enrol at Ngutu

  • Please book into one of our tours.
  • Submit an expression of interest form after a tour (you will be provided with the form at the tour).
  • An offer is made for a place* and enrolment paperwork will be sent home.
  • Return the enrolment form and other paperwork within the time frame identified in the offer and pay the deposit if this is identified for you with the letter of offer.

* Please note that whilst an enrolment process may appear simple, the factors affecting whether or not an offer is made weigh up numerous factors. The College has enrolment caps at each year level and across our class groups. We need to ensure that our enrolment targets are met as priority and that balance is maintained across our groups. We have waiting lists in place because classes may be full at certain points then have vacancies established across the year.
